The replacement of the windows took only three days. And George did the work meticulously. Because he took great care in the installation, he was sure to vacuum any dust created. And he worked tirelessly, not even taking a lunch break. They also installed the siding in only three days during some 20-degree days in January. Meanwhile, the work included the removal of the old aluminum siding and installation of new insulation and the vinyl siding. So Mario was sure to check in each day, not once, but several times during the day, making sure his staff had not encountered any difficulties and providing any guidance needed to assure the installation was performed to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend “Future Image Designs” to anyone.
Future Image Designs redesigned my whole house, new gutters, front and back door. And let me tell you, Mario and his crew went above and beyond. Basically Mario was very helpful with materials and color selection. Because he is very professional and knowledgeable, his service was excellent and his crew was very hardworking! Consequently my house looks beautiful! So I would definitely use them again for any future home improvements. And I highly recommend them!
As a homeowner for forty years, I have not had a better experience. Because I had numerous estimates and Mario was the lowest, Mario had me visit some of the houses he had completed or was working on to check his work. And his attention to detail was amazing. You tell him once and he never forgets. Also, the workers were incredible. Punctual, hard working and very cooperative. Every day, they cleaned everything and left no debris behind. They were more than willing to help in any way. Two of my co-workers recommended this company, and I know why.
